PHILOSOPHY
PURPOSE
WHAT WE BUILD MATTERS.
WHY WE BUILD IT MATTERS MORE.
WHERE IT BEGAN
Jason's earliest experience of influence did not begin in business. It began with personal tragedy. Following the murder of his cousin, Keenan Santos, he chose not to keep grief private.
At the age of 24 he established the We The People Foundation, a movement centred on the protection, dignity and safety of women, children and vulnerable communities. What began as one person's response to loss grew into a movement supported by more than 100,000 people, bringing together citizens, community organisations, religious leaders, law-enforcement authorities, public institutions and the media around a shared call for justice and responsibility.
Long before he entered international boardrooms, he was standing alongside families and communities who needed someone willing to speak.
PAIN INTRODUCED ME TO PURPOSE.
PURPOSE TAUGHT ME HOW TO MOVE PEOPLE.
MUMBAI TO BUDAPEST
Originally from Mumbai, India, Jason has called Hungary home for the past ten years. From the small town of Kiskunhalas he built an international network and operating platform without inherited capital, an established corporate structure or a traditional path to influence.
He is an advocate who mobilised more than 100,000 people, a former teacher who rebuilt his life in a foreign country, an entrepreneur who started six businesses within two years without initial investment, and a strategist now advancing international projects of significant scale.
His work spans government, business, investment, technology and social impact, with trusted relationships across Europe, Africa and Asia. Access alone creates no lasting value; his ability lies in earning attention, framing opportunities, aligning different interests and carrying important conversations towards structured outcomes.
PURPOSE-LED ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Purpose-led entrepreneurship is not charity disguised as business, and it is not purpose added to a company after the commercial model has already been created.
It is the belief that commercially intelligent businesses can be built around problems genuinely worth solving. Entrepreneurship, capital, infrastructure and international cooperation can become powerful tools for creating economic opportunity and long-term progress.
A DEFINITION OF SUCCESS
Businesses can create wealth. Infrastructure can transform economies. Capital can accelerate development. Diplomacy can create relationships that commerce alone cannot.
But leadership is ultimately measured by what remains after the transaction is complete. For Jason, purpose-led entrepreneurship means building commercially strong ventures while remaining conscious of their wider responsibility to people, communities and future generations.
